I may not have any faith in organized religion
I probably don’t believe in the politics of the world
I am not impressed with the fancy cars of capitalism
I don’t believe in the preaching’s of fashion
The trappings of the material world don’t mean much to me
I probably don’t believe in the politics of the world
I am not impressed with the fancy cars of capitalism
I don’t believe in the preaching’s of fashion
The trappings of the material world don’t mean much to me
What counts…
the people around me
the dignity and splendor that mother earth has to offer
is the smile on every face
the honesty that lies within the seas, the trees and the souls of the world
the stars that still shine next to the moon
And so…
I have faith in the loyalty of friends
I have faith that the sun will rise every morning
I have faith in goodness of humankind
I have faith that the spring will always come
But most of all, I have faith in me
